Training and qualifications
I wanted to find a position with the opportunity to learn and people suggested that Henderson was a good company to work for and start a career. The RFP team is willing to take on relatively inexperienced people and train them up. This was exactly what I was looking for, as I was keen to learn and take qualifications, which Henderson was willing to provide.
Our graduates tell us that they learn most by getting actively involved in day-to-day business activities.
You will begin your programme with an intensive, two-week course that will give you a broad understanding of the business before you embark on your rotations. Then, over the course of your programme, you will continue to attend further courses to extend your knowledge and sharpen your skills.
Our Investment graduates will also receive support with studying for professional qualifications such as the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) and the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) qualification.
