Within equities, where we currently manage £22.5 billion* in assets, graduates will be involved in researching companies, meeting companies’ management and analysing companies’ balance sheets. This helps our fund managers to make well informed investment decisions.
In fixed income we currently manage over £19.9 billion* of client money. You may be involved in looking at company debt, cash flow, revenues and other associated factors to determine a company’s credit worthiness. You will also have the opportunity to understand how global economic factors, such as interest rates and monetary policy, can have an impact on financial markets.
The distribution team is responsible for the sales, marketing and servicing of our funds, as well as developing new innovative products. In this area, you will have exposure to almost every aspect of the Henderson business. You will learn about a wide range of products and asset types and you will contribute to maintaining the reputation of the Henderson brand with our clients.
