How can I find out how my investment has performed?
We will send you a statement that informs you of the performance of your fund as at 5 April and 5 October each year. These statements are sent out in the weeks following these dates. This enables us to handle telephone enquiries from our customers efficiently during this time. Additional data on the performance of our funds can be found within the Price & Performance section of our website. You can also access fund databases showing the latest performance figures at www.funds-sp.com.

How do I obtain a valuation of my investments with Henderson Global Investors?
Please call us on 0800 832 832 for an up–to-date valuation. Valuations given over the telephone are indicative only. Calls are recorded for our mutual protection.

No. We are not authorised to give financial advice and we recommend you contact an independent financial adviser before you decide to invest.
Why do you sometimes ask for documents before acting on my instructions?
Under United Kingdom law we are required to take steps to verify the identity of our clients. This is done to prevent money laundering and reduce the possibility of fraud. We will need to ask you to provide proof of your identity before we can accept your instructions and may also conduct searches of databases and other credit data in order to do this. We will only be able to return the proceeds of your investment or make income payments provided we have received proof of your identity.
