Henderson Global Investors offers the following share classes to retail investors - Class 'A', Class 'I' Class 'X' and Class 'P'.
Class 'A' shares are designed for individuals and adopt a very conventional charging structure. They have an initial charge, and annual management fee of between 0.75% and 1.5%.
Class 'I' shares are designed for institutional investors, and have no initial charge, and a lower annual management fee than Class 'A' or Class 'X' shares. The minimum investment levels for Class 'I' shares is £500,000. Although they are designed for institutions, they are open to anyone who can meet the minimum investment level.
Class 'X' shares are also designed for individuals, but have no initial charge. Instead we take an exit fee if you sell shares during the first six years of investment, and they have slightly higher annual management fees.
Class 'P' shares only apply to the UK Equity Income Fund and are not available for new investment.
