Henderson Global Investors has been advised that our company name has been unlawfully used recently, where an individual, or individuals, who have no association with Henderson have called members of the public claiming to represent Henderson and offering deals on shares in various companies.

The recipients of the call are directed to a fake 'Henderson' website and given a password. Please note that this site is not a Henderson website and we believe this to be a Share scam (also known as a boiler room scam).

Henderson does not make unsolicited telephone calls to retail investors and we advise you to exercise extreme caution around any such calls. If you have received such a phone call or are in any doubt about the integrity of an unsolicited phone call, please contact Henderson at 1.866.443.6337.

Please also note that a scam email otherwise known as "advanced fee fraud" is in circulation purporting to be from various members of our senior management team.
